A Little note from Nana

Hi everyone, welcome to Maddie & Nana's Place. This blog is for Maddie. She has been scrapbooking for almost a year. She wanted her own blog so that she could enter challenges just like her Nana. She is learning to do everything crafty by herself. Maddie has her own ideas, her own "stuff" including my old cuttlebug. My daughter has been scrapbooking for years and now her oldest loves it too. She wants to do her own computer input so please be patient. Nana spoils her and she has been playing on our PC for a while. She loves YouTube and only needs a little help with spelling. At least she will allow me to help, even if it's only to tell her how to do it. She always wants to do it herself. She mastered my ATG gun in no time..lol We hope to have fun together.

Just Beggin Paper Bag Mini

Yippee, I am a Guest Junior Designer for Fairy Fun Friday's Challenge Blog for the month of June!   I made this paper bag mini for me...hehehe.  I got to pick all the Digi' Stamps for the months challenges.  The challenge this week is to decorate a bag.  My Nana makes lots of paper bag mini albums.  So I made a mini, mini..it's just one bag.  My Nana help's just a little, she gave me the idea for this project but I did all the work.  This is the first time she let me use some of her markers.  Not sure if i like them.  My nana say's I just have to get used to them

I decided to keep this for myself.  The inside tag has pictures of me and my dog Daisy.  It's nice to have a Nana with so much stuff that she lets me use.  I really like the way it looks, the Just Beggin dog is so cute.  I love Daisy.  Hope you like my paper bag.

Nana's Note:  I think Maddie did a great job, best of all she loves it enough that she won't part with it..LOL!  We entered this into the following challenges:
Can you tell, she really love their gynormous dog Daisy!  Yep, Nana's making up words.

Everything came from Nana's stash except Just Beggin digi.  Here's what I used to make my bag:
  • Just Beggin Digi Stamp from Prairy Fairy Stamps
  • SU Dog House, Fire Hydrant and Have a Yappy Day stamps
  • Cricut & Gypsy to cut out Tag
  • Funky Distress Scissors
  • SU Marker, ink
  • Pattern Paper DCWV
  • Small paper bag from Michael's
  • I Love My Dog Ribbon
  • Crop-a-dile and eyelet
  • Pictures
Hope we didn't forget anything, thanks for looking.  Comments very much appreciated.
